"...Led by Michael Davis, the Executive Director
of Get A Grip Foundation, the education program
aims to enhance student's academic skills and
address their educational needs. Mike earned
his Bachelors Degree from the school of Education
and Social Policy at Northwestern University
in 1999. He attended Northwestern on a football
scholarship and participated on two Big Ten
Championship teams. Mike also attended CSU San
Bernardino's teacher credential/post-graduate
program in education while working on a second
undergraduate degree in Mathematics. Since graduating,
Mike began his teaching career in the Corona-Norco
School District and spent three years at Santiago
High School, where he is currently on the varsity
football coaching staff. Mike believes that
to allow willing individuals to help you is
one of the best things that you can do for yourself."
